As a valued client, you’ll receive at least one Complimentary Client Review meeting (CCR). In fact, this is an annual event for a number of our clients. The CCR is an opportunity for you to set and review your goals and gives you clarity around the actions you need to take to achieve those goals. It also stimulates strategic discussion and identifies burning issues, opportunities and challenges so that you respond effectively. And of course, it’s an opportunity for our team to identify greater tax efficiencies and asset protection.

When we set the practice up we knew we wanted to have a good working relationship with clients. We think that’s what has made the difference for us each year since 1998.
Clients who work best with us want to work with an accountant in a broader sense than just Tax Compliance.
We always want to talk about the aspirations that clients have beyond their business – their personal and family goals. Are they driven by freedom? Are they searching for financial independence? What kind of help do they want to provide their children?
Because every client has a different answer we don’t try and force a ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution.
We work hard to stay up to date with changes to accounting rules and business management tools. We also see 1500+ tax returns and 500 businesses a year so we can tell what’s hot and what’s not in the local economy. We try and inject the best of that learning into our client base.
We're proud that we are an Approved Training Organisation and have the pleasure and responsibility of training new accountants. Today we have two different generations of accountants working here. This helps us stay up to date with fresh new ideas…and we have an accountant with just the right amount of grey hair to match each client!
